This really doesn't leak!It is easy to dispense water -- comes out consistently at a reasonable speed.It is a little larger than I expected (see image next to water bottle)It is made with a durable plastic, has a nice soft arm band that is comfortable. It feels well constructedHolds about 1/2 liter of water (287ml) I filled up the water dispenser and poured it into an empty water bottle (water is colored with hot sauce -- didn't have food dye)
