How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the countries listed above is free. No matter the size of your order, shipping is free.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In most cases, our order processing time is 24 to 48 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?
We collaborate with various delivery partners in each country to offer the most suitable shipping options. Orders may arrive in as little as 5 days in some countries, but could take a bit longer (7-12 days) in other parts of the world. When you confirm your order, you’ll be advised of its expected delivery time.
Will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?
Yes, you’ll be updated once your order has been processed and shipped. The email you receive will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Returns
How quickly must I contact you regarding a return?

Will I receive a refund or only an exchange for my return?
Both refunds and exchanges are available. Here’s how it works:
- For defective or incorrect items: We will pay for return shipping and proceed as you prefer. You’ll receive a full refund, or we’ll send a replacement.
- For wrong sizes or second thoughts: We happily accept your item(s) for refund or exchange, but you’ll be required to pay for the return shipping costs.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
We’ll issue refunds to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, and items not in their original condition may not be refunded.
