We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase from Pawthentic Pet. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refunds & Exchanges
  You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. 
  To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
- If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and either refund your payment or send a replacement—your choice.
 - If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you’re welcome to return it, but you will be responsible for return shipping.
 
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@pawthenticpet.com with the following:
- Your full name
 - Order number
 - Reason for return (e.g., faulty item, wrong size)
 - Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
 
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exclusions
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
 - Items not returned in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
